Which banks are currently on VeriFlow?▼
VeriFlow is targeting launch partner banks across Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, and Rwanda — including ABSA Kenya, KCB Group, Equity Bank, NCBA, DTB, Co-operative Bank, CRDB Bank, Standard Chartered, FNB Botswana, and National Bank of Kenya — with the platform going live in Q3 2026. Partnership discussions are in progress; the final partner list will be confirmed at launch.
Do I need to download an app?▼
No. VeriFlow runs entirely in your browser — mobile or desktop. No app to download. You'll need a camera and microphone. The minimum supported browsers are Chrome 94+, Safari 15+, Edge 94+, and Firefox 93+.
What documents do I need for KYC?▼
The documents required depend on your session type. For account opening, you'll typically need a National ID or Passport, a selfie capability (front camera), and proof of address. For KYC-only sessions, National ID or Passport is usually sufficient. Your bank may have additional requirements shown during booking.
Is my session recorded? Is it safe?▼
Yes — all sessions are recorded and stored securely for regulatory compliance. Your session is encrypted end-to-end with AES-256. Recordings are stored in Amazon S3 with access restricted to authorised bank compliance staff only. You will be shown a recording consent screen before your session starts.
How long does a typical session take?▼
Most KYC sessions take 10–15 minutes. Account opening sessions are typically 15–20 minutes. Loan application sessions are 20–30 minutes. Your agent will confirm the expected duration when you join.
What if my internet drops during a session?▼
VeriFlow has automatic reconnection built in. If your connection drops, a reconnect overlay appears and attempts to re-join up to 3 times automatically. If reconnection fails, you're returned to the lobby and can rejoin the queue — the session record up to that point is preserved.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?▼
You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your session from the confirmation email link or your bookings dashboard. Cancellations within 2 hours are counted as no-shows and may affect your ability to book priority slots. For emergencies, contact support directly.
Is VeriFlow available in languages other than English?▼
VeriFlow currently supports English and Kiswahili. Agent selection allows you to filter by language capability — agents who are fluent in Kiswahili are marked in the lobby. Additional language support (French, Arabic) is planned for Q4 2026.
